Filitra 20 mg (vardenafil 20 mg), you should consult a healthcare professional before using it if you have certain medical conditions or take interacting medicines. You should get medical advice first if you: Have heart disease, angina, abnormal blood pressure, or have recently had a heart attack or stroke. Take nitrates such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, or take riociguat — vardenafil should not be combined with these. Take alpha-blockers or several blood-pressure medicines. Have significant kidney or liver disease. Take medicines Filitra 20 mg can interact with vardenafil, particularly certain antifungals, antibiotics, HIV medicines, or heart medicines. Have a history of long-lasting erections (priapism) or conditions that increase that risk. Have previously experienced sudden vision or hearing loss associated with ED medicines. Have been told to avoid sexual activity because of your cardiovascular health. Filitra 20 mg is at the usual maximum recommended vardenafil dose, so it shouldn't be increased or combined with another ED medicine. Don't take it together with Tadalista/Vidalista (tadalafil), sildenafil, or other PDE-5 inhibitors unless specifically directed by a clinician. Seek urgent care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, severe dizziness/fainting, chest pain, or sudden vision/hearing loss. If you tell me whether you're currently taking Tadalista/Vidalista or another ED medicine, I can explain whether Filitra 20 mg can be safely switched to or whether there needs to be a waiting period.
