Cenforce 120 mg (sildenafil), it is a higher-than-usual dose. The usual maximum recommended sildenafil dose is 100 mg once in 24 hours, so 120 mg should not be taken unless specifically prescribed by a clinician. People who should avoid sildenafil or get medical advice first include: Anyone taking nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or recreational “poppers” — the combination can cause dangerously low blood pressure. People taking Cenforce 120 Mg . People with serious or unstable heart disease, very low blood pressure, or who have recently had a heart attack or stroke, unless their doctor approves it. People with significant liver or kidney disease, because a lower dose may be needed. People with certain eye conditions, particularly a history of NAION (sudden loss of vision from reduced blood flow to the optic nerve). Anyone already taking another ED medicine such as Cenforce/Fildena (sildenafil), Tadalista/Vidalista (tadalafil), or Vilitra/Filitra (vardenafil). If you've already taken Cenforce 120 mg, don't take another dose within 24 hours. Seek urgent care for chest pain, fainting, severe vision/hearing changes, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours.
