Tadasoft 40 mg is not suitable for everyone. Tadasoft is a brand of tadalafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor. Importantly, 40 mg is a high dose and is generally used for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), not as the usual starting dose for erectile dysfunction (ED). The official tadalafil labeling specifies 40 mg once daily for PAH. D DailyMed +1 You should not take tadalafil if you use: Nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide—this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat. Another PDE-5 inhibitor such as sildenafil Tadasoft 40 mg Extra caution is needed with certain heart/blood-pressure conditions, alpha-blockers, significant kidney or liver problems, and heavy alcohol use. D DailyMed +1 If you're considering Tadasoft 40 mg specifically for ED, I would not recommend taking the 40-mg tablet without a doctor's advice. A lower tadalafil dose may be more appropriate depending on your health and other medicines. If you tell me your age, whether you're taking Silagra/sildenafil or any heart/BP medicines, and whether you're considering tadalafil for ED or PAH, I can explain which dose is generally appropriate and the important interactions.
