Filitra, it is a brand of vardenafil, a prescription medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Who may benefit Filitra may be appropriate for an adult man who: Has persistent difficulty getting or keeping an erection sufficient for sex. Has been evaluated for ED and doesn't have a medical reason that makes vardenafil unsafe. Wants an ED treatment that typically works within about 25–60 minutes and lasts around Filitra . It doesn't increase sexual desire and doesn't cause an erection without sexual stimulation. Who should NOT take it Do not take Filitra if you use: Nitrates such as nitroglycerin/GTN or isosorbide. “Poppers” containing amyl nitrite/nitrite. Riociguat. You should also get medical advice first if you have significant heart disease, very low blood pressure, certain eye conditions, or take medicines that can interact with vardenafil. Don't combine Filitra with Cenforce/Fildena (sildenafil) or Tadalista/Vidalista (tadalafil) unless specifically instructed by a doctor. If you're considering Filitra for the first time, tell me your age, the Filitra strength (10/20 mg, etc.), and whether you take any regular medicines, and I can explain whether that dose is generally appropriate.
