Forzest 20 mg contains tadalafil, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It is unsuitable for some people because it can lower blood pressure, interact with certain medicines, and pose risks in particular heart or other medical conditions. DailyMed +1 Who should avoid Forzest 20 mg or use it only with medical advice? People taking nitrate medicines: Such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide for chest pain. The combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. People with certain heart conditions: Especially those for whom sexual Forzest 20mg is medically inadvisable, or who have unstable heart disease. People with very low blood pressure: Tadalafil can lower it further. People taking riociguat: This medicine must not be combined with tadalafil because of the risk of severe hypotension. People with kidney or liver problems: A different dose or additional precautions may be necessary. People taking alpha-blockers or certain interacting medicines: These can increase the risk of dizziness, fainting, or excessive blood-pressure reduction. People with previous serious vision problems or an allergy to tadalafil: They need medical assessment before use. DailyMed +2 Possible side effects Common side effects include headache, facial flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, and muscle aches. Seek urgent medical attention for chest pain, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or an erection lasting more than four hours.
